Bugatti has big news to share; they’ve just entered the second half of production for their Chiron supercar. The vehicle was launched back in 2016 and production was limited to just 500. The first example was sent to its owner three years ago. Now, the 250th Chiron was just assembled, marking the halfway point of the run. The brand reports more than 150 more have already been paid for, leaving just 100 units still available for sale.
Before heading to its new owner, this 250th example, a Chiron Sport ‘Edition Noire Sportive’, will be featured in Bugatti’s booth at the Interionatal Motor Show in Geneva, held in March.
The Chiron is the fastest, most powerful and exclusive production sports car Bugatti has ever made and well it should be. It’s powered by a quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter 16-cylinder engine that makes upwards of 1,600 hp. Pricing starts around $3 million and drastically jumps as you add options.
